Tickets are sold in different ways for some events.
To be able to answer your questions about purchasing tickets, we first have to know which event you would like tickets for.
Please go to our Performance Schedule page, select the event(s) in which you are interested and review the Ticket Sales and Admission Information for those events.
There will be Links or phone numbers for the correct Ticket Sales outlet(s) for each event.
- Advance tickets for most (but not all) Events are available in person from the KiMo Theatre Ticket Office, or thru Ticketmaster.
- Advance tickets to some events may only be available directly from the Presenter of the event, and not from the KiMo Theatre or Ticketmaster.
- Admission to some events may be "At-the-Door" only,
with no ticket sales in advance.

- Why are tickets sold differently for some Events?
The tickets for each event are the property of the Presenter of the event and they have some choices in how they are sold. - Is there an elevator for audience members to get to the balcony?
Unfortunately no. The KiMo Theater is a registered Historic Landmark, built without an elevator, or any room to put one in.
The balcony seating area and upper floors of the building may not be accessible to some persons due to the several flights of stairs. Please review our Accessibility page. Seating for mobility impaired persons is limited and available upon request. - Seating Charts
