The Office of the Chief of Transportation (OCOT) is the personnel proponency office for the Chief of Transportation. OCOT is a General Officer level staff which manages Transportation Corps Regiment, enlisted, warrant officer, officer, and civilian career progression in conjunction with the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) and various Major Army Commands (MACOMs) within the framework of the eight personnel life cycle functions | ||
