The director's office is comprised of the senior management of the department, including the director, Tim McCabe and deputy director, Lynn Schoessler. This division also includes human resources staff and other administrative staff.
The department's mission is to advance Oregon's economy. Fulfilling our mission means our work will enhance both rural and urban communities; expand both existing and emerging industries; and assist both small and large businesses.
