Sandia Pool
Sandia Pool is an indoor 25-yard swimming pool with 3-meter and 1-meter diving boards.
There also is an outdoor wading pool.
Children under 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children ages 8 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the water. Therefore, they both need to be in the water.
Year-Round Enjoyment
Sandia is one of three public pools operated by the City of Albuquerque and used in conjuction with Albuquerque Public School events.
Sandia is available to school students and athletes, as well as the public.
Renovations
Sandia Pool underwent renovations in 1999.
Sandia also uses solar power to keep is water warm and save energy costs.

Swimming lessons are offered at Sandia and other Albuquerque City pools.
