Public Affairs Section

The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Consulate works with the media, universities, cultural institutions and private organizations to enhance mutual understanding between the American and Ecuadorian people through the dissemination of information about the US, professional and academic exchange programs, cultural performances, and support for English language teaching.
