Visa applicant questions: Send an email to dushanbeconsular@state.gov or call the Non-Immigrant Visa Unit, Monday 08:00 to 12:00 and Tuesday-Friday 13:00 to 17:00.

American Citizen Services questions:  Send an email to dushanbeconsular@state.gov or call the American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit, Monday – Friday 08:00 to 17:00. 

Visa applicant questions: Send an email to dushanbeconsular@state.gov or call the Non-Immigrant Visa Unit, Monday 08:00 to 12:00 and Tuesday-Friday 13:00 to 17:00.
