Welcome to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. This court serves the area west of the Cascade Mountains and from Oregon to the Canadian border. The district has courthouses in Seattle and Tacoma.

  • Consistent with the court's existing mandatory electronic filing policy as well as efficiencies made by e-filing, pro hac vice applications should be filed using CM/ECF.  Applications received at the intake window or mail will not be processed.  Please visit the pro hac vice application web page for more information on how to e-file the application.  (04.10..09)
