![REACH U.S. - Racial and Ethical Approaches to Community Health Across the U.S.](images/logo2.jpg)
REACH Across the U.S. (REACH U.S.) is a national, multilevel
program that serves as the cornerstone of CDC’s efforts to eliminate racial and
ethnic disparities in health. Through REACH U.S., CDC supports 40 grantee
partners
that establish community-based programs and culturally-appropriate interventions
to eliminate health disparities among the following racial and ethnic groups:
African Americans, American Indians, Hispanics/Latinos, Asian Americans, Alaska
Natives, and Pacific Islanders.
