TRACK A BILL!
ISSUE 1:
Climate Change
Part 1: Identify a Problem:
Scientists began closely examining man-made climate change in the late 1980s and early 1990s. They observed that the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere had been increasing steadily since the industrial revolution, and that the rate of increase was becoming much more dramatic. Higher atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases are warming the atmosphere and thereby disrupting the climate.
