Welcome to the Eastern District Federal Court.

The United States District Court holds civil, criminal, and grand jury cases. For most people, the opportunity to serve in Federal Court comes but once in a lifetime. The court's jurisdiction includes Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Nassau and Suffolk, therefore all counties must be represented in the jury pool.
