ECHO Cap Increase Proposed - Comments Welcome from You
DoD published its proposed rule in the Federal Register for implementing changes to the Extended Care Health Option (ECHO) enacted in Section 732 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (NDAA FY09). DoD is accepting comments until October 30, 2009.
