USAID OIG Recovery Act Implementation

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111-5) ("Recovery Act") allows the Department of State to transfer to the U.S. Agency for International Development up to $38 million for information technology security and upgrades to support mission-critical operations.  USAID's Recovery Act website describes USAID's progress on this initiative.  We will post here our monthly reports and other public documents related to the OIG's oversight of USAID's Recovery Act spending:

  • OIG Oversight Implementation Plan

  • Monthly Reports

  • To report fraud, waste, abuse or overpayments related to Recovery Act funds, please use the OIG Hotline.

Recovery.Gov: Image of Logo Recovery.gov has more information on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The President's Memorandum on responsible spending of Recovery Act funds is also available.
