by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law No.

Federal Register Notice: On February 11, 2009, the President signed into law the DTV Delay Act. Section 2 of the DTV Delay Act amends subsection 3008(a) of the Deficit Reduction Act to extend the date by which low power television stations may apply for a grant through the Conversion Program from February 17, 2009, until June 12, 2009. Accordingly, NTIA announces that it has changed the application closing date for Conversion Program grants.
