Purpose: This circular is issued to announce an address change in the supply source for Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) industry use forms and publications. The following information will be published in an early issue of the ATF Bulletin.

Effective Date: As of March 15, 1976, requests for ATF publications and forms should be directed to:

ATF F 1600.1: To facilitate orders for ATF printed material, ATF F 1600.1, Requisition for Forms or Publications should be used. Requestor's name, and return street address are required on the shipping label portion when completing this form.

ATF F 1600.8: To expedite orders for firearms forms (e.g. ATF F 4473 - Parts 1 and 2) Requisition for Firearms Forms, ATF F 1600.8 may be used. This form should be completed with the requestor's name and return street address on the shipping label portion. All requests and the forms discussed should be submitted to the Distribution Center completed with the following infor- mation:
