How do I Subscribe to a Web Feed?

To subscribe to a web feed, you need a feed reader. A feed reader is a small software program that collects and displays feeds. It allows you to scan headlines from a number of sources in a central location.
Some browsers, such as the current versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari have built in feed readers. If you're using a browser that doesn't currently support feeds, there are a variety of feed readers available on the web; some are free to download and others are available for purchase.

Yet another way to read a feed is to use a Web-based feed reader and news aggregator (such as Google, My YAHOO!, MY AOL, etc.). These aggregators do not require any software installation and make the user's "feeds" available on any computer with Web access.
