ORS' primary mission is to promote responsibility.
We help ensure that parents are financially responsible for their children by providing child support services and support for children in care. We also work to help ensure public funds are used appropriately through the efforts of our Bureau of Medical Collections.

ORS Layton Office closure
Beginning Monday, August 17, 2009, the Layton ORS office will no longer be open for business. ORS services are available: online, by phone at 801-536-8500, or at the Ogden, Salt Lake City, Provo, Richfield, and St. George offices. See the contact us panel or follow this link.
Friday Building and Office Closures
On August 4, 2008, the Utah Department of Human Services Office of Recovery Services implemented the “Working 4 Utah” initiative. As a result, our standard business hours are now Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 6 PM.
