2008 Federal Human Capital Survey

Overview

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management administered the 2008 Federal Human Capital Survey (FHCS) to NEA employees between August 1 and September 26, 2008. The survey is designed to gauge employees' perceptions of workforce conditions and management practices as measured by positive response rates to a series of 74 survey questions.
