Copy Cards
(Effective February 1, 2002)
- All jobs totaling 200 copies (*) or less should be processed at the self-service copiers. A charge of $.07 per copy will be charged if processed in the Duplicating Branch.
- All copy requests totaling 201 or more copies (*) should be processed in the Duplicating Branch. The Duplicating Branch will charge a charge of $.035 per copy.
- All copy requests for the same day service will be charged $.07 per copy (any request dropped off after 2:00 PM will be completed the next business day at the same day service rate).
- All exam copying that is scheduled more then 24 hours in advance with the Duplicating Branch will be charged $.035 per copy.
- All copy requests for multiple position tabs must be purchased in sets of 5 at $.50 per set.
- All plastic strip bindings (1 inch and 2 inch) will be charged at $.50 per item. All spiral binding will be charged at $.50 per item. All spiral binding with plastic covers will be $1.00 per item.
- All copy requests for teaching text books over 75 single sided pages require ten working days for completion and will be charged $.035 per copy. Any request over 75 single sided pages with less then ten working days will be charged $.07 per copy.
(*) Copies - number of pages required times the number of copies.
