What does a WorkKeys transcript include?
A WorkKeys transcript includes assessment, date tested and level achieved. It also includes National Career Readiness Certificate number, level and issue date. View a sample WorkKeys transcript.

Who can order WorkKeys transcripts?
If you've taken a WorkKeys test within the past five years, you may order a transcript.

How do I order a transcript?
WorkKeys transcripts can only be ordered online by using your MyWorkKeys.com account.

If you have already created an account, simply log in and select Candidate Reports on the side navigation.

If you do NOT have an account, simply create an account by providing your name, the ID number you used when you tested (usually your Social Security number, student ID, or employee ID), and the month and day of your birth.

What do they cost?
Each transcript costs $5. You must pay by credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard). If you do NOT have a credit or debit card, you may use a Visa gift card. View the Visa Gift Card Locator (opens new window) for locations in your area.

How will I receive my transcript?
For your convenience, WorkKeys transcripts will be available immediately after paying as a PDF. You will NOT receive a paper copy.
