ACT's Workforce Development Division

Hundreds of companies—from small enterprises to Fortune 500s—use ACT's innovative workforce development programs to increase the effectiveness of their hiring and training processes, increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve corporate success. The Workforce Development Division provides its integrated workplace assessment tools at all stages of the selection, training, promotion, and retention process. The Workforce Development Division is organized into two functional areas to support our programs and services.

Professional Development Services provides an array of customized measurement, research, and evaluation services to help professional and trade organizations, businesses, federal and state government agencies, and institutions evaluate individuals' knowledge and skills, as well as the effectiveness of their training programs. Staff also provide assessment, consulting, job analysis, instructional design support, research, reporting, and related services focused on workplace-relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Workforce Delivery Services provides marketing and sales support to our clients. Staff also manage and support ACT's national network of community-based training and assessment centers known as the ACT Center® Network.
