Sponsors/Exhibitors
Sponsors of the ICIS09 will have the opportunity to promote their goods and services directly to the ~150 technical experts in the fields of ion sources, particle accelerators, ion implantation, beam simulation, fusion research, etc.
Sponsorship can include the distribution of company literature with the conference material, and/or sponsoring a coffee break with company sign displayed during the break.
We are also looking for a sponsor of the conference bags, who will have his logo imprinted in the main area.
Exhibiting sponsors can purchase a 10x10 space (A-D, includes 1 complimentary registration) in which to display and explain their products/services in booths located at the entry/exit point of the conference poster sessions, a high traffic area. The exhibition will be open from Monday (9/21/2009) through Thursday afternoon (9/24).
Alternatively, sponsors could also purchase a bill board space 46x46 upon which to display company information which will be situated in the main auditorium visible during all oral presentations (B1-B21).
