Introduction to Clinical Medicine, Part III (ICM-III)
Welcome to ICM-III, one of the most exciting and challenging courses of your first two years in medical school. ICM-III will build on the skills you have learned in ICM-I and ICM-II in addition to serve as a template to integrate concepts you are learning in ICR. This course will give you one of your first opportunities to lay hands on a patient, and begin developing the necessary skills you will utilize for the remainder of your career as a physician. This course will present a wide variety of information spanning nearly every aspect of medical care from Surgical techniques to Pediatrics to Internal Medicine sub-specialties. I encourage each of you to come ready to learn, as this course can provide a strong foundation for your third year clerkships and beyond.
The purposes of this website are to provide information and to facilitate communication.
