In response to the Safety Board's report on Personal Watercraft (PWC) Safety, Bombardier Recreational Products has developed the SEA DOO® Learning KeyT.  The Learning Key enables first-time riders and rental operators to easily  reduce the speed of their SEA(DOO watercraft to approximately 35 mph by use of on board electronics.  The Safety Board recognizes the members of the boating industry and manufacturers, like Bombardier, that have stepped up to the plate to make a difference in recreational boating safety through product innovations, such as the SEA DOO Learning Key.
