Awards – Wing Instruction About Safety-Award Criteria

Description: Fleet safety-program managers and officers are always looking to improve the use of the programs and get the word out to their squadron on how to practice safety. HSCWING PAC has an instruction to establish criteria for their Safety “S” award for the fiscal year. Aircraft analysts at the Naval Safety Center reviewed this document and found it to be a great tool for squadron-level safety officers to keep track and manage the safety department and the associated programs. It is also a great starting point for establishing a safety program or as a checklist for managing a squadron’s safety department.
