This Thursday, July 30, 2009 House and Senate Western Caucus members will hold a historic bicameral hearing on cap and trade. With President Obama’s original deadline just days away, and as the Senate continues to become further entangled in the complex web of cap and trade’s costly regulations and mandates, this hearing will feature policy experts and key stakeholders who will examine the specific economic impact cap and trade policies are likely to have on the West and the nation.
