Corporate Applications:
Activity Search

OCC’s Licensing Department is testing a new search capability.  The Corporate Applications Activity Search (CAAS) will allow you to search current information about new national bank branch establishment filings and branch closing notices. Data is available starting from 1/1/2007 to the present.

***Please note that a search using this facility will not replicate a search of the OCC’s Official Weekly Bulletin for the same period CAAS reflects the latest information about activity that transpired within the selected date range.  In contrast, the Weekly Bulletin reports activity that was recorded in the system in a certain week. Sometimes, due to system and process constraints, a Weekly Bulletin will not contain certain filings that did occur during that week.  Once officially published, the Weekly Bulletin is not subsequently updated to reflect transactions that were not recorded in time for publication.  In such cases, they appear as addendums in subsequent Weekly Bulletins.  There may be other minor discrepancies in the data presented, as well.

The Weekly Bulletin remains the official record of the actions taken by the Comptroller of the Currency.
