MEDIA ADVISORY WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Comptroller of the Currency Eugene A. Ludwig will deliver keynote remarks at the grand opening of Neighborhood National Bank in San Diego, California. WHEN: Monday, October 27, 1997 at 11:30 a.m. PST WHERE: Neighborhood National Bank (parking lot) 35th and National Avenue Neighborhood National Bank was the first institution to receive OCC approval to form a community development financial institution (CDFI) with a national bank charter. The bank will address San Diego's affordable housing needs and the credit needs of local small businesses, including minority and women-owned businesses.
