OSHA’s mission is to assure safe and healthful working
conditions for working men and women. The OSHA Strategic Partnership Program (OSPP)
provides opportunities for OSHA to partner with employers, employees,
professional or trade associations, labor organizations, State On-site
Consultation projects, and other interested stakeholders. These voluntary
Partnerships are designed to encourage, assist, and recognize efforts to
eliminate serious hazards and achieve model workplace safety and health
practices. Each Partnership develops its own unique, formal agreement that
establishes specific goals, strategies, and performance measures. Partnerships
are available to all private sector industries and government agencies where OSHA has jurisdiction.

"Our involvement with OSHA's Strategic Partnership Program has provided us an avenue for proactively
involving agency representatives in our health and safety efforts. As a direct result, our employees
can better leverage health and safety knowledge across our companies and work toward continuous
improvement. This has enhanced our knowledge systems and allowed us to develop clearer strategies
for future improvements. We look forward to continuing to work together to reduce injuries."
