Equal Employment Opportunity
The Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (the "No Fear Act") requires federal agencies to disclose equal opportunity complaint data on their web sites. The Act requires summary agency statistical data that reflects complaints filed by employees, former employees and/or applicants for employment. This data is available below:
