OCC Approves Application of Morgan Stanley Bank to Convert to a National Bank
WASHINGTON — The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency announced today it has conditionally approved the application of Morgan Stanley Bank, Salt Lake City, Utah to convert to a national banking association to be called Morgan Stanley Bank, National Association.
The Office of the Comptroller of
the Currency was created by Congress to charter national banks, to oversee a
nationwide system of banking institutions, and to assure that national banks
are safe and sound, competitive and profitable, and capable of serving the
