WIST is currently supported on Firefox 3.0.x and Internet Explorer 7.x. We currently have a problem with WIST and Firefox 3.5, which is fixed in a future release.
- LAADS:
MODIS Level 1 and Atmospheres data products are available for ordering from WIST. Contact MODAPS User Services for assistance at modapsuso@saicmodis.com.
- LARC:
ACRIM III, CALIPSO, CERES, MISR, MOPITT, SAGE III, and TES data are available for ordering from WIST.
LARC will be unavailable October 9th through October 12th for placing orders or retrieving data.

- NSIDC:
The AMSR-E/Aqua Daily L3 12.5 km Brightness Temperatures, Sea Ice Concentration, & Snow Depth Polar Grids (AE_SI12) product using the V11 algorithm contains an error in the Snow Depth On Sea Ice parameter. Users of this product should not use the Northern Hemisphere Snow Depth on Sea Ice parameter until the data has been reprocessed with the V12 algorithm. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact NSIDC User Services for assistance.

Access to LP DAAC FTP capabilities for ASTER and MODIS data will be intermittent on Wednesday, September 30, 8 am - 4 pm CDT (1300 - 2100 GMT). Access to AESICS, ASTER DAR Tool, and MRTWeb will be unavailable during this time.

USGS GloVis ordering for LP DAAC ASTER and MODIS data will be unavailable from 8 am CDT (1300 GMT) on Wednesday, September 30 through 12 pm CDT (1700 GMT) on Thursday, October 1. Orders for ASTER and MODIS data may be placed through WIST during this time.
