This NIJ Guide for emergency first responders provides information about the selection and use of chemical and/or biological decontamination equipment for various applications. Because of the large number of items identified in this guide, it is printed in two volumes: volume 1 presents the guide, and volume 2 contains the decontamination equipment data sheets. The commercially available products described in this report are those known to the authors as of September 2000.
