Our Community Resources Division (CRD) provides state and federal grant funds to private, public and non-governmental agencies to develop, direct and administer programs focused on improving the housing, living standards and self-sufficiency of low-income Oregonians. Below are programs that OHCS works in partnership with local Community Action Agency Centers and Food Banks to help low-income Oregonians.

Master Grant Agreement with Oregon Housing and Community Services Department The Master Grant Agreement (MGA)  is the legal, contractual agreement used for the disbursement of OHCS grant funds to its subgrantees. The MGA specifies the legal performance and reporting requirements of subgrantees.

Oregon Volunteers!
Oregon Volunteers! Oregon Volunteers supports community-based agencies in promoting support for AmeriCorps and other volunteer opportunities to strengthen Oregon communities. The commission is a non-partisan, diverse group of citizens composed of up to 25 voting members who are appointed to a three year term by the Governor and confirmed by the Oregon Senate.
