Program Execution Support

The Office of Program Execution Support provides a "one-stop-shop" of business management support for Program Managers and other EERE organizations. This includes:

  • Providing data entry support for EERE systems.

  • Assisting Program Managers in analyzing performance data from contractors, EERE, and Departmental systems and reports.

  • Fulfilling human resources, travel, training, space, and other management operations requirements.

  • Providing administrative management policy direction and support to the Program Managers and Golden Field Office in the areas of operations and information management, travel directives management, records management, equipment, property, and personnel.

  • Coordinating with the Planning, Budget, and Analysis Office, establishing and monitoring internal practices and procedures in EERE relating to procurement and loan guarantees, including all competitive actions, sole source procurements, and fund transfers to DOE Operations Offices.

  • Managing EERE security activities, except for cyber security.
