Code of Conduct Print
The Code of Conduct incorporates several of the best features of the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act - ethical leadership, preventive internal controls, and communication mechanisms to facilitate employees reporting problems - in Minnesota state government.
The Code is applicable to state employees involved directly or indirectly in recording, processing, summarizing, or reporting financial transactions.
