Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs)

TDHCA makes program funds available throughout the year to qualifying applicants for a wide range of housing and related activities. The Department announces these funding opportunities through "Notices of Funding Availability" (NOFAs) posted on this Web site and distributed via the Department's email list.

If you are interested in applying for TDHCA funds, the Department encourages you to visit this page often to:
