   Attention Unemployment Insurance Customers:

Filing for extended benefits?
Now you can file online 24 hours a day on our secure server.

The RI Dept. of Labor and Training, in collaboration with the RI Dept. of Administration’s Division of Information Technology, has made online claims filing possible for all available RI unemployment insurance programs, thanks to a technology grant from the U.S. Department of Labor.

File a Claim

If you prefer, you can still file extended benefits claims by telephone during call center business hours at 243-9100.
