The purpose of this RFP is to establish a Price Agreement Contract ("Contract") for systems furniture installation, reconfiguration, and storage services. All services will be completed at Oregon Housing and Community Services ("Agency") main office located at North Mall Office Building, 725 Summer St NE Ste B Salem OR 97301, or at the Agency satellite office at 1104 NW Overton, Portland OR. Contract payment is anticipated to be based on a fixed price method, but Agency reserves the right to negotiate or amend the method of payment in the final Contract.

Request for Proposal #02074: REAC Inspections
The purpose of this RFP is to establish a Contract for the Purchase of Services ("Contract") for Real Estate Assessment Center ("REAC") inspections on risk sharing projects Oregon Housing and Community Services ("Agency") finances. Contract payment is anticipated to be based on a fixed price method, but Agency reserves the right to negotiate or amend the method of payment in the final Contract.
Contract shall become effective when both parties have signed and shall terminate December 31, 2011. Agency reserves the right to amend this Contract for additional time and additional funding contingent upon the need and the availability of approved funding. The parties may extend the term of this Contract provided that the total Contract term does not extend beyond December 31, 2014.

Sustainable Program Development Consultant
An Oregon Way Project
Agency is seeking proposals for the development and implementation of a Strategic Plan for adding and strengthening sustainable components to Agency’s programs. The Plan will be developed in three (3) consecutive phases. Proposers submitting a proposal must agree to perform the Services for all three (3) phases, however additional phases will only be awarded to Contractor through Agency’s issuance of a Notice to Proceed which is contingent on Agency’s overall acceptance and satisfaction of Phase 1 deliverables and performance, in Agency’s sole determination. Contractor is in no way guaranteed the Work for Phase 2 or Phase 3 from the resulting Contract. Agency reserves the right to competitively contract for phase two and three individually.
