The Office for Victims of Crime's new online guide, Victim Services in Rural Law Enforcement, explores creative and economical ways for rural law enforcement agencies to meet the needs of victims at the crime scene and during followup contact. This guide discusses the obstacles faced by victims residing in rural areas and offers a blueprint for enhancing assistance in rural jurisdictions.
