With highly volatile energy prices, utility companies and their customers find themselves in an uncertain business climate. The U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) Industrial Technologies Program (ITP) provides a variety of tools and resources that utilities can use to expand energy efficiency and energy services offerings to their industrial customers.
