The Fuels Tax Group administers motor vehicle fuel tax programs for the following jurisdictions:

PLEASE NOTE:  Eugene Tax Update - As a result of recent court rulings, the collection of the proposed 3-cent motor vehicle fuel tax rate increase for the city of Eugene will not begin on August 1, 2007 as previously anticipated. Until further notice, the tax rate for the city of Eugene remains at 5 cents per gallon.

Please Note:  The City of Coburg ordinance was amended to exclude all diesel even though the definition of motor vehicle fuel still includes "combustible" in the language.
