MassDEP Creates Two New Offices for Municipal Partnerships and Permit and Regulatory Ombudsman

MassDEP is excited to announce the Office of Permit and Regulatory Ombudsman and Special Projects, directed by Kate Kerigan. The Office of the Ombudsman will serve as a single point-of-contact for large and complex projects, including those requiring permits, approval or review by more than one bureau or regional office within MassDEP.
