The Health Risk Management Unit's (HRMU) goals are to improve employee health and well being, reduce health care expenditures, increase employee productivity and reduce absenteeism. Some of the areas the HRMU is focusing on include analysis of health care claims, program development of prevention/disease management initiatives and utilizing health plan resources more effectively. |
