The Budget Information Systems (BIS) provides on-line budget information to the statewide user community in the three branches of the government: state agencies, courts, legislative staffs, and Minnesota Management & Budget. The systems include the Biennial Budget System (BBS), the Capital Budget System (CBS) and The Fiscal Notes Tracking System (FNTS).
