| Description: |
The chartwriter shall compile race comments and other data necessary for the program editor to create the performance racing perograms. S/he shall be responsible for any error in the program relating to comments and any other data submitted by the chartwriter to the program editor. |

All Oregon Racing Commission (ORC) licenses cost $30 for the initial 3-year license, and then $2 per year for each additional license category. All "add on" licenses will expire at the same time as the initial license. Renewals are processed exacly like the initial application.
