| Description: |
Permit allows a person to obtain agricultural fireworks (1.4e) to control birds and predatory animals which are injurious to crops when those activities are otherwise in conformance with the requirements of ORS 480.122 and 480.124, and any other applicable state, federal, or local requirements. |

1. Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Application must be completed and signed by state or federal game management agent.
3. Applicant can purchase fireworks only from a wholesaler with a current permit in Oregon. |

Applications for renewal will be mailed out approximately 2 months prior to the expiration of the currently licensed agricultural permit. |
