| Description: |
Scenic Waterway Permits apply if your project involves work in, or within 1/4 mile of the banks of, a designated state scenic waterway.
"Scenic Waterway Notification of Intent" applies if your project is located within 1/4 mile of the banks of a designated state scenic waterway but otherwise involves no activity in the scenic waterway or in wetlands or waterways within 1/4 mile of the scenic waterway.
"Removal-Fill Permit" applies if your project is located within a state scenic waterway or involves activity in a wetland or waterway within a 1/4 mile of the scenic waterway. |
