| Description: |
A limited renewable energy contractor must employ at lease one full-time renewable energy technician and engages in the business of or makes the limited types of renewable energy electrical installations limited to 25 kva and 600 volts nominal or less, specified in ORS 479.630(17). Limited types of electrical installations include: install, maintain, replace, or repair electrical wiring and electrical products. A restricted energy contractor is limited to HVAC activities.
