Description: |
For charities and fraternal organizations wishing to conduct Monte Carlo style gaming events.
"Class A" Monte Carlo license shall authorize a licensee to conduct Monte Carlo events with a gross handle of more than $10,000 per event throughout the license year, but shall not exceed 7 events per license year. "Class B" Monte Carlo license shall authorize a licensee to conduct Monte Carlo events throughout the license year with (a) the handle for each such event not to exceed $5,000 per event, but shall not exceed 7 events per license year; or (b) the handle for each such event not to exceed $10,000 per event, but shall not exceed 2 events per license year.
