Description: File this form if you wish to become an Oregon Nonprofit Corporation.

"Articles of incorporation" or "articles" include amended and restated articles of incorporation and articles of merger, and corrections thereto.

"Nonprofit corporation" means mutual benefit corporations, public benefit corporations and religious corporations.

Nonprofit Corporations can now be filed online at the Oregon Central Business Registry
